When you are sitting at a computer have you ever thought about what is happening to your body.
- Desk Dimensions: the desk should be big to avoid clutter
- Posture in chair & seating Height: the height should be so you can put your feet flat on the ground and allow for a wrist rest
- Feet Placement: you should put your feet firmly on the ground and flat
- Position of Monitor: the position of the monitor should be directly in front of your eyes when you look straight
- Keyboard &Mouse Relative To user: keyboard and mouse should in line with elbows and at 90
- Rest Periods & Exercises: you should take brakes very often and exercise
